This year we welcomed new eateries including Lantern, Stir and Kō•än.

Though not new to the Triangle, this will be Lantern’s first time participating in Triangle Restaurant Week. “All of us at Lantern are excited for our very first Triangle Restaurant Week. We’re putting together a seasonal menu that will include local treats like wild shrimp, whey-fed pork, grass fed beef and an incredible collection of winter vegetables from our farm partners. Not to mention a Roasted Banana Ice Cream Sundae with caramel and salty NC peanuts. Can’t wait for you to join us!”

Stir also expressed their excitement about participating in Triangle Restaurant Week. ‘STIR is known for its unmatched cocktails, fresh seafood from its cold bar, and classic dishes prepared from scratch with the highest-quality ingredients. Located in North Hills, the restaurant is open for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. We welcome Raleigh to enjoy a night out, host clients, or simply enjoy a cocktail over a dozen oysters in an atmosphere of genuine hospitality.”

Kō•än is Cary’s newest eaterie and brought to you from your trusted friends at Buku. “It has been quite the honor and privilege of a lifetime for our team to get to reimagine this beautiful space that we now inhabit. The transformation from ān to kō•än and the amazing sushi bar to omakase, has felt more like play than work each morning and we look forward to what our first full year here has in store for us.”
