Last year, the University of North Carolina had an unreal season in college basketball. The Tar Heels made it to the national championship game under the guidance of first-year head coach Hubert Davis and unfortunately lost to the University of Kansas. Two of the best players on the team were Caleb Love and Armando Bacot. The Tar Heels are having a good season, winning eight games and losing four in twelve games played. On December 18, 2022, the Tar Heels had a statement game against the twenty-third-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes and made a statement 6with a win. Thanks to the dominant performance from Bacot, the Tar Heels secured the victory as Bacot had fifteen rebounds, three assists, and twenty-eight points in thirty-seven minutes played. If Bacot continues to play at this level, there’s no doubt that the Tar Heels can make it to a national championship game this year.
