The Wedding Cake
The wedding cake has three layers. It has one in the bottom, one in the middle, and one in the top.
Each of them has decorations with colors selected by the wedding couple with their choice of flavors. The wedding cake has a small statue of the wedding couple, and after the wedding ceremony, the wedding couple takes the first slice of the cake.

Bouquet toss
A bouquet toss is when the bride has the bouquet in her hands and throws it. Every single woman tries to get it they say the one who catches the bouquet will get married next.

Bridesmaids
Bridesmaids are a group of women who hold flowers and join the bride by the altar. Bridesmaids are
chosen by the bride usually close friends and family.

Groomsmen
Groomsmen are chosen by the groom of their closest friends and family to join them to help coumarate their special day.

Garter toss
The garter toss includes the bride wearing a garter that the groom would take off. The Groom tosses the garter, and the single at the reception tries to catch it like the bouquet toss.

Honeymoon
The honeymoon is the vacation that the wedding couple takes after the wedding. It is a time of rest to enjoy with each other and bask in their feelings of being newlyweds

The Engagement Ring
The engagement ring is a ring that the wedding couple gives to each other. They both wear it until the day of the wedding where they get new rings to present to each other.

Wedding Rings
Wedding rings are what the bride and groom wear during the wedding. The bride gives the ring
to the groom. The groom gives the ring to the bride. These rings don’t have diamonds but have
gold and silver bands.

These trends are celebrated everywhere in the world and will be a part of wedding traditions for centuries to come.

5. Destination Weddings-Destination weddings are back and with spring finally here many places around the world are brilliantly curating this time to find the perfect place and time to have the wedding of your dreams.

6. Scenting the Wedding- Take advantage of the wonderful scents that spring offers to bring a wonderful atmosphere to the ceremony and create a long-lasting memory.

7. Intimate Weddings- Weddings with only a select few people have been more popular, more affordable, and more enjoyable with your close-knit friends and family. Small and intimate weddings are more comfortable and alternative approach to the grand wedding tradition.

8. Retro Revivals- Traditional practices have made a surcharge in popularity. Using Polaroids and old cameras to take shots of the memorable moments of the ceremony creates a nostalgic look back on the past and the present for all weddinggoers to enjoy.

9. New Guest Dress Code- Having the guests have a dress code creates a great opportunity for pictures and includes more engagement for your guests. Many people have added new and exciting themes for the ceremonies like 1920’s or royal ball attire to create a unique atmosphere for the wedding.

10. Audio Guest Books- Instead of written books guests now have the opportunity to leave voice messages to be immortalized for years to come and playback for anniversaries and big milestones. Now with more advanced technology, we have ceremonies that can be enhanced and have a broader range of activities to make the wedding unforgettable.

Weddings should be special and memorable occasions for all parties to look back on happily, and I hope these trends give readers ideas to make their special day memorable.

Check out these eight trends that are making a comeback in 2022: 

1. Statement sleeves

Puffy sleeves are becoming popular again, but they’re not what they used to be. While we can still look to Princess Diana for inspiration in this department, today’s puffy sleeves are a little more toned down. Instead of looking like giant marshmallows on brides’ shoulders, they’re often sheer and designed to hang off-the-shoulder. Still, treat them as statement pieces on your big day. 

2. Bows

The ’80s’ giant bows were admittedly a lot, but like the puffy sleeve, designed well, they can act as statement pieces. Big bows are once again being placed on the back of gowns, and smaller versions are being placed on sleeves, especially on off-the-shoulder gowns. They’re a tiny homage to the ’80s, without making people think, “the 80s called, and it wants its dress back.” 

3. Feathers

While feathers weren’t widespread on ’80s wedding dresses, they were in everyday style. Four decades later, they’re finding their way onto wedding gowns. Think small, elegant feather appliques scattered down the skirt and train. 

4. Layers

Feathers, bows, and puffy sleeves are undeniably  ’80s, but there are more subtle style details that are hot this spring, too, including layers. The ’80s wedding dresses were all about layered skirts and sleeves. Expect something similar in 2022: layered texture skirts, layered ruffle skirts, and layered ruffle sleeves.

5. Long Sleeves

Full-length lace sleeves were also popular in the ’80s, and while it’s a trend that has stuck around on and off since, 2022 is refining and simplifying the look. Expect to see sheer, fluted, off-the-shoulder, lace, and flowy sleeves this bridal season.

6. Lace

There were very few wedding dresses in the ’80s that didn’t have beaded lace appliques all over them. Lace has been back on the bridal radar for several years now. This year, expect full lace gowns, lace sleeves, lace necklines, and dramatic lace backs on dresses.  

7. High Necklines

High necklines were another staple on wedding dresses in the ’80s. They went off the radar for a while, but they’re coming back this year. In the  ’80s, dresses’ high necklines were often covered in beaded lace, but today, they’re simple and sophisticated, with halters and illusion necklines. 

8. Princess Style

Princess Diana made the princess-style wedding dress all the rage in the ’80s. Because of shows like “Bridgerton,” the princess-style gown is trending again. A timeless princess-style gown, with Victorian flair through soft and romantic elements like lace and layers, is hot this year. 

1 – Be Together as Often as You Can

Stay close to each other in the moments that you can. After you have a child, every minute is very precious in the couple’s life. Whenever possible, sit together, exchange caresses, smile, be kind. It’s the little things that make a difference in our daily lives.

2 – The Distance

When far apart, send a message to your love saying a simple “I love you,” “I miss you,” “I’m making your favorite dish for dinner.” This will further strengthen the connection between the two of you.

3 – Have a Couple’s Night for a Happy Marriage

Take it once a month, or every 2 weeks, or a day just for the two of you. It can be a romantic dinner at home or on the street, leaving the children at their grandparents’ house, uncles, etc. And enjoy this moment together, as if you were dating and had a lot of laughs. Walk hand in hand, hug and kiss each other with a lot of love!

4 – No Arguments While Going to Bed!

This time is for you to relax and get ready for a good night’s sleep. Take advantage of the short moment to have a nice chat about how the day was, and to share how your little one is developing. This is perfect for the moment before the night’s rest, so you both can sleep happy and wake up refreshed and ready.

5 – We Are Not Perfect

Whenever you feel like you missed the ball, don’t hesitate to apologize and forgive. Grief is the worst feeling and sickens the soul.

6 – Trust and Respect Is Key

Maintaining respect within the relationship is the key to harmonious and happy coexistence. Always trust your love if you have never given a reason to distrust. 

7 – One of the Most Important Tips

Couples need to make a habit of talking, expressing their feelings, what they like and dislike, and aligning themselves. That way they head in the same direction. Whenever you can, acknowledge the qualities of each other. 

Your eyes just don’t hide anything, whether you’ve had a short night or are struggling with a pollen allergy. They swell or adorn themselves with meter-long, dark circles under the eyes. Of course, not everyone has to struggle with small eyes due to external influences – some of us simply have them naturally. In the case of nearsighted people, the glasses quickly make the eyes appear much smaller.

Many reasons for which there is a solution. With a few simple steps, you can make your eyes bigger and it’s not that difficult. As a bonus, you can even hide drooping eyelids with these make-up tips.

In the following, you will learn step by step how you can make your eyes bigger with a few tricks.

Cover Shadows

Dark circles appear quickly when there is not enough sleep or stress. The first step for alert eyes is to cover the unsightly shadows. The best way to do this is with a concealer that is one shade lighter than your skin color. You can choose between a liquid, creamy or powdery concealer depending on your type of skin.

• First, clean your face and apply your day cream.
• Your ring finger is best for application. Because you can blend the concealer well with your fingers.
• Always apply the concealer over the foundation to avoid light pigments.
• Use your finger to draw an upside-down triangle under your eye and spread the concealer inside out.
• Gently pat in the concealer.

Right from the beginning, the concealer is one of the best eye make-up products to lay the foundation for alert eyes!

Prime With Eyeshadow

With the right eyeshadow colors, you can make your eyes look bigger with ease.

• First, apply a primer to distribute the eyeshadow on the eyelid better and make it last longer. This can be a primer or a special concealer.
• Then you put a shimmer eyeshadow in beige, brown, or champagne on the movable eyelid.
• Use a thinner brush to pick up a darker, more matte shade (e.g., brown) and use it to draw a narrow line along the upper lash line.
• Now go into the crease of the eyelid again with the same color and emphasize it with a soft arch – don’t forget to blend!

Set Highlights

Make-up for big eyes is very easy with the right highlighter, it reflects the sunlight on your cheeks very naturally! But it also has the same effect on your eyes. Perfect for making them an absolute eye-catcher.

• Put a swab of highlighter in the center of the eyelid and in the inner corner of the eye.
• The shiny reflection then ensures that your eyes appear more alert and larger.
• By the way, it also works great with a shimmering eye shadow in gold or platinum.

Shape Eyebrows

Eyebrows shape the face and give it a certain contour. They also have a major impact on how tired or awake we appear overall. Therefore, you will ensure particularly large eyes if you bring your brow into the right shape and skillfully accentuate it.

• The fine hairs under the edge of the eyebrows should be plucked away as much as possible. This increases the distance between the brow and the lid and makes the eyes look a bit larger.
• You can also work with the highlighter and put a few dabs on the highest point under the brow arch. Your eyes look almost lifted.

Apply Eyelashes

An absolute must for big eyes. Because full, long, and above all, curved eyelashes make the eyes really shine. Preparation is key. With an eyelash curler, you can give your eyelashes the right curl. To do this, briefly warm the tool with the hairdryer (this is easier) and use it to bend the eyelashes into shape for a few seconds.

Which mascara you choose for ink is entirely up to you. The main thing is that your eyelashes are applied vigorously and do not clump together. Don’t forget it is essential to emphasize the tiny hairs on the edge of the eye – this opens the eye even more.

There are a million other questions you’re hit with during the process of wedding planning but I’m here to let you in on a little secret – you’re not alone! Every bride has some sort of question or dilemma when they are planning their wedding! In fact, some of them go through the entire wedding planning process and miss ways they can save a TON of money. But, that won’t be you, so let’s jump into my tips on how you can book a budget-friendly wedding and still look like a million bucks walking down the aisle!

Alcohol

Do you want an open bar? Do you want to have a per-person drink limit? Will your guests have to pay for their own alcohol? When you’re negotiating the inevitable alcohol pricing, try to find a venue that will allow you to bring your own alcohol. If you can purchase booze over the time of your engagement (i.e. buying a bottle a week / month), you can save yourself a ton of money by controlling your costs and how much your guests drink. I have been to weddings where the bride and groom purchased enough alcohol to have an open bar! When the wedding was over, they were able to return the unopened bottles and get a refund. Friday Wedding, Anyone?

Another great way to save a pile of cash is to choose a non-traditional day or month to get married at your venue. Find out the “off season” times at your venue and pick a day of the week, like Friday, to say your vows. Another option is to have an earlier wedding, a bride I know had a brunch wedding on a Saturday morning which saved her over $1,000!

If you do decide to plan your wedding on a non-traditional day/month, don’t be afraid to ask or extras! A lot of the time, venues are eager to add in some value add-ons that you won’t have to pay for! One bride I worked with was able to get a beautiful ceiling package at no additional cost to her, which she was ecstatic about. You never know what you can receive from your venue! When they do go above and beyond, a great way to say thank you is by reviewing and referring friends to their venue as well.

I hope these tips help you manage your budget a little better so that you can have the wedding you’ve always wanted without going broke! Don’t be afraid to ask for other things, the worst they can say is no! This is your day and you should never walk away from a meeting feeling like you aren’t getting the most out of what you’re paying for.

Linger began in the jewelry trade when a frequent guest in his NYC taxi noticed his interest in jewelry and asked if he would like to learn more. From there, his time as a jeweler took off. “I learned in more of an apprenticeship program, and taking positions in one company and moving onto other companies that had a
