Thank you for being an Affiliate with The City Insight, below are instructions to get the word out to others and set yourself up to be successful:
It’s Free to signup! Once signed up, simply chat with your potential organizational decision makers (short conversation is best), provide any information for them to review, and refer them to schedule a Discovery Call at https://sales-thecityinsight.zohobookings.com/#/customer/thecityinsight. This is a 15-20 minute call with us where we try to sell services on your behalf. They should mention your affiliate name on the call so we know where to direct any commissions.
Also you may share the necessary links located in your backend to refer businesses to signup to specific services, without a 15-20 minute Discovery Call. You will receive commission (not including taxes) when your referrals pay their upfront or monthly service costs to us, either from an invoice created and paid in any of our billing systems, or if they pay directly through an affiliate link! If they pay through one of our billing systems from the result of a Discovery Call, we will enter the payment in the system in the backend so both manual and automatic payments are synced in the Affiliate System located in your login here: https://thecityinsightmag.com/affiliate-login/. You will also receive lifetime commission for clients you initially referred to us, that happens to renew or purchase additional services at a later time. Some partner-based services and additional discounted services does not qualify for commission payouts or may receive smaller commissions due to the fact they were even more discounted than originally stated.
In order to protect against unauthorized promises which cannot be fulfilled, The City Insight shall have the absolute right, at our discretion to make any allowances or adjustments to orders and accept any returns of any payments. The City Insight shall notify the Affiliate of such refusals, allowances or adjustments and in some instances of a refund, the amount may be deducted from future payouts.
Commission
The Representative understands that sales are a requirement to earn commissions but he/she is not required to purchase goods or services. Commissions will be distributed every Friday, with a cutoff day/time of Tuesdays at noon. Monies must be turned in and cleared with the financial institution prior to Tuesday at noon, or the commission will roll over to the next Friday payday.
All City Insight solutions, down payments, ad design fees, and other fees also accumulate towards the commission payout. Taxes are not included in the commission payout. Payment plan commissions will be credited to sales affiliates when client payments are successfully processed.
When an Affiliate or potential client schedules a Discovery Call with our sales team and a purchase is made, the commission allotment is 10%. When an Affiliate refers a potential client that makes a purchase without a Discovery Call through our self-checkout, the commission allotment is up to 20%. See service list itemization of commission breakdown. On the Discovery Call calendar, the affiliate name will need to be selected so we can direct commissions appropriate. For any Discovery Call, the potential client must be fully aware and ready to have the call with the sales closer and be a “warm” potential client.
When do I get paid?
Commissions will be distributed weekly, with a cutoff day/time on Tuesdays at noon. Client payments must be received and cleared with the financial institution prior to the cutoff day/time, or it will rollover to the next Friday commission period. If there are payment plans associated with referrals, the representative shall only receive commissions based on what is actually paid to CI through the set payment terms. Checks are distributed via US Mail, direct deposit, or PayPal. In some special circumstances, The City Insight may pay commissions earlier than stated above.
